Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that the firm positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards all fair causes are recorded by history and confirmed by the present. The paper said that Saudi Arabia affirmed in a speech delivered by its Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Dr. Khaled bin Muhammad Manzlawi, within the work of the 2nd Economic and Financial Committee during the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, that peace, security and stability cannot be achieved for the Palestinian people without obtaining their legitimate rights. The paper concluded that Dr. Manzlawi stressed on Saudi Arabia's continuous defending of the Palestinian cause since era of the founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, until this prosperous era being led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is leading positive efforts in the field of oil and maintaining the balance and stability of the global market in addition to pushing oil investments forward. The paper added that Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy, confirmed that this stage is very important, because the energy sector and the global economy are in a critical phase. He added that the investments, which Saudi Arabia calls for, come in line with changes in the global arena and require focusing on advanced technology.
