Yemeni Minister of Information, Muammar Al-Iryani praised alertness and high readiness of the security services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, due to the success of their security operation that culminated in the announcement of the overthrow of a terrorist cell whose members received training by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and the arrest of its members and seized a quantity of weapons and explosives. In a statement to the official Yemeni News Agency today, Al-Iryani renewed his strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist hostilities being exported by the Iranian regime, noting that these acts reflect the Tehran regime's insistence on its blatant interference in the affairs of Arab countries with the aim of destabilizing their security and stability, and confirming the continuation of this terrorist regime to proceed with his subversive policies and the agenda of spreading chaos and terrorism in the region. He also expressed Yemen's absolute and unlimited solidarity with the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facing attempts to undermine its security and stability, stressing that the Yemeni leadership, government and people support and stood by the brothers in the Kingdom in all the measures it takes to confront terrorist activities exported from Iran, protect its national security and preserve its national interests. He called for developing a clear and unified Arab position to face the common challenges resulting from Iranian interference destabilizing the security and stability of the countries of the region, and raising the level of cooperation and coordination in various fields to confront these terrorist activities that pose a serious, dangerous and unprecedented threat to regional and international peace and security.
