The Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres called on disputing parties, in Libya, to involve in a constructive manner, in a comprehensive political process based on the outcomes of the Berlin Conference and the UN Resolution No.:2510. Guterres also expressed hope that the forces loyal to the two parties will, immediately, respect the ceasefire, which shall be carried out, instantaneously, by the Joint Military Committee, aided by the UN. UN Secretary General welcomed, according to the statement announced by his Spokesman Stéphane Dujarric, the call to end blocking oil production.
