The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) topped its corporate excellence in terms of quality assurance and taxpayers' services by obtaining two ISO certificate (ISO 9001: 2015), (ISO 10002: 2018), after fulfilling all requirements successfully. The certificate of (ISO 9001: 2015) is internationally recognized for affirming the effectiveness of quality control systems, as this reflects the high quality standards that GAZT adopts in all activities along with the high quality services provided to taxpayers, which will eventually allow GAZT to align its strategic directions with the management system currently applied in order to continuously improve corporate performance. The certificate of (ISO 10002: 2018) is internationally recognized for complaints processing and increasing customers' satisfaction. This certificate represents GAZT success in establishing and running CRM systems with taxpayers, and its competence in resolving and finalizing complaints along with achieving the highest average of taxpayers' satisfaction whether citizens or residents.
