US, EU Discuss the Situation in Libya

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the High Representative of the European Union (EU) Josep Borrell discussed in a phone call today the latest developments in the conflict in Libya, stressing the urgent need to end the ongoing fighting in this country.
The two sides also discussed the best support that could be provided by the EU to implement the UN arms embargo in the region.
