The Ministry of Health said in a statement today that 3,733 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 116,021 cases, including 35,145 active cases receiving necessary medical care. Of these, there are 1,738 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable. As many as 2,065 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 80,019. "The new confirmed cases include 53% Saudi citizens and 47% non-Saudi residents. The females represent 31% of the cases, while the males represent 69%," the Ministry of Health said. The Ministry of Health also said that 38 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 857. "The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases worldwide has jumped to 7,400,013 cases, of which 3,478,385 cases have recovered to date. The COVID-19 death toll has jumped to 417,133," the Ministry of Health said.
