The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance has issued a decision to bring forward the time of opening mosques for Friday prayer in all Kingdom's regions except Makkah and Jeddah cities; to be opened 40 minutes before the call for Friday prayer; starting from tomorrow, Friday, until further notice. This decision comes within protocols approved by the competent authorities to avoid overcrowding. This decision came in circular issued by the ministry today to all its branches in the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the previous circulars approved by the ministry that come within the framework of its efforts to protect worshipers and preserve their health and safety.
