Technology "Road Mapping" Workshop Begins its works in Jeddah Today

The Saudi Society for Technology Development & Transfer (SSTDT) will hold a workshop in Jeddah later today on technology road maps as strategic tools for Saudi industry's research and development planning.
Dr. Hashem Bin Abdullah Yamani, Minister of Commerce and industry, will be the keynote speaker at the conference's opening, which will be held at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The three-day workshop and training course is under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Urban Development Company, and the Saudi Arabian Airlines, according to a report published today by Saudi Gazette.
Several delegates from the oil and petrochemical, industrial, and commercial sectors will attend the workshop.
