The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasted the weather for today as thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in the regions of Jazan, Najran, Asir, Al-Bahah, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Eastern Region and Al-Jouf . In its report, the Authority stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is southeasterly to southwesterly at speed of 12-36 km/h, on the northern and the central parts and northwesterly at speed 16-40 km/h, on southern part, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is southwesterly to northwesterly at speed of 12-35 km/h.
