The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monshaat) has announced that the Enterprises Virtual Support Center provided its services to 372,232 beneficiaries in 4 weeks. The services included meetings, training programs and workshops targeting owners of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs in the fields of crisis management, business sustainability, creating opportunities, innovation, and a discussion session on the initiative of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax to support small and medium enterprises, which was attended by 318,900 people via a live broadcast on Twitter. 11,691 enterprises and entrepreneurs benefited from training programs and workshops aimed at helping them to face and overcome crisis. 10,891 business owners and entrepreneurs took part in a number of training courses, specialized workshops and guiding sessions aimed at helping them to achieve business sustainability. 20,309 enterprises and entrepreneurs benefited from 16 training courses and 14 workshops focused on creating opportunities. 10,441 business owners and entrepreneurs benefited from 11 training courses and 22 workshops aimed at creativity.
