The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat) launched on Monday the speeding program for dates in Ahsa, Madinah and Qassim. The program aims to develop small and medium enterprises through best local and international practices in the agricultural sector. Monshaat Deputy Governor for Small and Medium Enterprises Sami Al-Husseini stated that 3 million riyals have been allocated to 30 startups, with 10 companies in each region and governorate, and 100,000 riyals per company in order to stimulate and develop companies. It is noteworthy that Monshaat is keen to support startups in the agricultural sector and provide investment opportunities for small and medium enterprises in the dates sector.
