Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Russia confirmed their commitment to implement the OPEC + agreement, whereby the global oil production will be reduced by 9.7 million barrels per day during the next two years. The paper added that this step reflects the strong and exceptional relations between Riyadh and Moscow. Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vision 2030 being led by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman aims at achieving a balanced development and diversified economy depends on non-oil sources. The paper added that this unprecedented achievement has a great impact today in confronting the COVID-19 pandemic and proved that the development of the national economy is the basic safety line against these threats which lead to disrupting business, factories and trade in the world.
