The Jeddah Chamber witnessed today the inauguration of the German-Saudi Liaison Office for Economic Affairs GESALO with the aim of strengthening bilateral relations and increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two countries in the presence of the CEO of the Federation of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry Dr. Martin Fansleben and Commissioner of the German-Saudi Liaison Office for Economic Affairs Dr. Dalia Samra-Rohte and the German Consul General in Jeddah, Holger Ziegler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jeddah Chamber, Mohammed Yousef Naghi, the Secretary General, Eng. Imad bin Muhammad Hashem, and a number of representatives of the Saudi and German business community. Dr. Dalia stressed that the presence of a permanent GESALO office in Jeddah, which seeks to explore investment opportunities in both countries and enhance Saudi-German trade relations throughout the Kingdom, with the support of the head office in Riyadh and the office of the eastern region, which will allow to cover more sectors of the Saudi economy Closely, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
