The Arab Gulf Cooperation Council in cooperation with the Federation of GCC Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Riyadh's Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize here on Monday the third seminar on "Commercial Fraud and Imitation" in the Council's member states. Delegates from a number of governmental authorities and organizations as well as the societies of consumer protection, the GCC Chambers of Commerce and Industry, universities, scientific research centers and the establishments of the private sector will attend the seminar. Abdulrahman Al-Jeraisey, the Chairman of Riyadh's Chamber of Commerce and Industry said the seminar aims at activating recommendations which had been adopted earlier for combating commercial fraud and making consumers aware of the disadvantages of the commercial fraud and its adverse impact on the national economy. He added that the seminar will provide a good opportunity to exchange views on the successful means of combating commercial fraud. --MORE 1327 Local Time 1027 GMT
