The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to President Vicente Fox Quesada, on Mexico's independence day. In his cable, King Fahd expressed his best felicitations and sincere wishes of constant good health and happiness to President Quesada and steady prosperity and progress to the friendly people of Mexico. King Fahd also lauded the existing good relations between the two countries and peoples.
