The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to President Hamid Karzai, on Afghanistan's independence day. In his cable, King Fahd expressed his best felicitations and sincere wishes of constant good health and happiness to President Karzai and steady prosperity and progress to the brotherly people of Afghanistan. King Fahd also lauded the existing strong relations between the two countries and peoples.
