The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message to President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The message was delivered by Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Essam bin Saeed during his meeting with the Egyptian President today in Cairo. The Official Spokesman of Egyptian Presidency Ambassador Bassam Radi said in a statement that the message included confirming the depth of historical relations that bring together the two countries and peoples, the Kingdom's keenness on enhancing strategic cooperation between the two countries at various levels, and continuing the process of joint work and intensive coordination with Egypt on various regional and international issues. Ambassador Radi said that the Egyptian President asked to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The President also emphasized the special and fraternal nature of the Egyptian-Saudi relations, as they represent a pillar of the stability of the region, especially in light of the delicate situation that the Arab countries are going through and the various challenges they face. President el-Sisi expressed his country's aspiration to continue developing and investing constructive cooperation and consultation between the two countries in various fields in order to achieve common interests of the two peoples and supporting the bonds of Arab solidarity.
