Saudi working mothers in the private sector are working with a huge peace of mind that their children are in good hands at the childcare centers and nurseries which are supported and financed by Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). More than 206 childcare facilities are supported and included in Children Hospitality Program 'Qurrah' located in the Kingdom's regions. According to mothers working in the private sector, the lack of guaranteed childcare facilities is one of the barriers for working women, but this barrier does not exist any longer.
