Maldives Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Ahmad Zaher Ali and Head of the Presidential Court of Maldives Ali Zaher here today received Undersecretary of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs for Call and Guidance Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Aqeel and his accompanying delegation who are currently visiting the Maldives. The meeting came on the sidelines of the program of scholarly and training courses organized by the Ministry in cooperation with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in the Maldives. The meeting discussed a number of issues of common concern, especially with regard to the existing cooperation between the two ministries in the field of Islamic affairs, and ways to strengthen them. The Maldives minister praised the efforts exerted by the kingdom under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to serve Islam and Muslims in the world.
