Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli, has stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia attaches great importance to environmental affairs at all levels. He pointed out that the preservation of the environment is a major objective in the Kingdom's vision 2030, which balances the achievement of sustainable economic development, and the preservation of the integrity of the environment and the sustainability of its resources. During his opening speech in the 56th session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers Responsible for the Environment (CAMRE), the Minister pointed out that the Kingdom has taken many steps and procedures for the sustainable management of ecosystems, where it has adopted the National Strategy for the Environment, which includes 64 initiatives.
