Ministers of Interior of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held their 36th meeting in the Omani capital Muscat today. The Saudi delegation was led by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior. During the meeting, Prince Abdulaziz delivered a speech in which he highlighted the current challenges and said, "The insecurity and instability in many parts of the world has led to increased waves of violence, terrorism and the spread of transnational organized crime. This puts us in the common responsibility to take effective measures to protect our security."
