Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has praised the high percentage of 92.31% in on-time flight-schedules achieved by The Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAA) during the first half of 2004 which is better than any other big airlines. On his part, SAA's Director General Dr Khaled Bin Baker thanked Prince Sultan for this noble gesture and said that it will motivate SAA to work harder in order to accomplish more achievements. He added that the real success is that this record was achieved despite an increase in SAA's internal and external operations which average 300 flights per day, especially if we notice the fact that the average of big American airlines' flight-schedule discipline is 82.60% according to the statistics of the American Aviation Transport Department.
