Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh received at his residence in Cairo today the Minister of Endowments and Guidance of the Republic of Yemen, Dr. Ahmed Atiyyah, on the sidelines of 30th International Conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Endowments, under the title "Jurisprudence Building States, A Modern Doctrinal Vision." At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Al Al-Sheikh praised deep and solid historical relations between the two countries. He said that every Saudi citizen is proud of what the wise leadership provides in cooperation with the Arab coalition countries to support their brothers in Yemen, whose legitimacy has been dominated by terrorist militias supported by Iran. The Minister of Islamic Affairs praised the efforts made by the Yemeni Ministry of Endowments in guiding people, showing correct Islam, spreading moderation and combating extremism, stressing that these are very important acts compared to the domination of Houthi militias that are trying to obliterate identity and change people's beliefs and spread heresies and superstitions. For his part, the Yemeni Minister of Endowments and Guidance praised the Kingdom's historical stances in supporting Yemen in all crises facing it, and its standing with the Yemeni people and their leadership, pointing out that the Storm of Determination and Renewal of Hope Operations will remain immortal in the memory of Yemenis who have all the love and appreciation for noble Saudi positions. Dr. Atiyyah asserted that Houthi militia attacks on the Yemeni people and Saudi territories are proof of the barbarism of these groups and their hatred against Islam and its people, stressing that the Yemeni people are well aware of the danger of the Houthi coup group and its malicious project in Yemen. The Yemeni Minister of Endowments and Guidance commended the Kingdom's hosting of 2000 pilgrims of families of the Yemeni people within Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the Kingdom.
