The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasts the weather for today to be active dusty winds in the regions of Riyadh, Madinah, Qassim, western and northwestern coastal parts, while thunderstorm rain with active dusty winds in the regions of Jazan, Asir, Baha, and Makkah. The Authority's report states that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is westerly northerly at speed of 15-45 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is easterly northerly to easterly southerly at speed of 12-35 km/h.
