Speaker of Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh will start today an official visit to the Republic of the Philippines at the invitation of Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives Alan Peter Cayetano. During the visit, the Shura Council Speaker will meet with Speaker of Philippine House of Representatives and a number of senior officials. In a press statement on this occasion, Dr. Al Al-Sheikh stressed that the visit comes within the framework of keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and President of the Philippines Rodrigo Roa Duterte to strengthen bilateral and deep rooted relations between the two countries.
