Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 is a grand development project that includes the present and future and would effectively contribute to developing the country scientifically, economically and socially. The paper added that education is a fundamental pillar in achieving KSA's Vision 2030 through graduating a capable and ready generation of youths to complete the country's development process. In another context, Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has paid a great attention to fighting against human trafficking through enacting regulations, joining international conventions and protocols and signing the memoranda of understanding and cooperation with relevant international organizations and bodies. The paper pointed out that KSA's efforts have contributed to establishing a legal and institutional framework for protecting all persons from human trafficking crimes without discrimination and promoting the prosecution, conviction and sentencing of their perpetrators in addition to providing victims with health, psychological and legal assistance. The KSA has also maintained constant cooperation with United Nations mechanisms and the international community to combat these crimes.
