Sixty Scouts affiliated to the Saudi Scout Association joined the International Service Team (IST) at the 24th International Scout Camp, which started today under the theme "Opening a New World" at Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia, USA. Members of the Saudi volunteer team are engaged in volunteer work with the 9,000-volunteer peers representing more than 150 scouting associations, unions and bodies worldwide in organizing the Global Development Village, the World Scout Center, the Sustainability Initiative, and the socialization elements that allow participants to make lifelong friendships from all over the world, as well as supporting units in sub-camps, human resources, marketing and communications, transportation, information technology, guest service, nutrition, daily and internal Jamboree programs, Health services, and site operations.
