The Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has awarded an honorary doctorate to Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, at a ceremony held in Moscow. President of the academy Professor Evgeny Petrovich Bazhanov pointed to the role played by the OIC, in bringing peoples closer and its constant efforts to support and promote peace, in the world. For his part, the OIC Secretary-General valued awarding him of the honorary doctorate, praising its worldwide recognized achievements
