Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Okaz newspaper said that the historical visit of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense to South Korea had witnessed concluding a number of agreements in various fields. The papers noted that the most important of these agreements was signing of 12 agreements between Saudi Aramco and Korean companies, which aim at confirming the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to providing energy supplies in Asia in addition to enhancing the depth of the strategic partnership between the two countries. The papers added that G20 Summit which hosts the world's largest economies has started in coinciding with the escalation of tensions in the Middle East over the terrorist acts and provocations being carried out by the Iranian regime in the Gulf region and the American warnings and threats between the use of military response or intensifying the sanctions, which will be on the agenda of the summit today as an effort to calm.
