The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) is organizing several theatrical performances and comedy shows as part of its participation in the Jeddah Season. The comedy events will start in "Obhor" with the "Three Days on the Coast" play starring Egyptian comedian actor Mohammed Henedi from 26 to 29 June, while "It's All Wrong" play starring the Egyptian comedian actor Ashraf Abdel Baqi will be presented from 10 to 13 July. The comedy activities will continue from 10 June to 18 July at Al-Shallal Theme Park with the Saudi Comedy Club touring through an Artology exhibition featuring a group of local, Arab and international comedians, presenting a range of performances including a stand-up challenge, the "Saudi Cinderella" show, international stand-up comedy shows, and comedy musical nights, in addition to performances by comedians Talal Al Sheiki, Mohammed Sultan, Abdulrahman Al Somali, and Abdulkhaleq Bin Rafea. Furthermore, comedy lovers will be delighted by the comedy show organized by XJed at the Jeddah Waterfront and presented by the "Laugh Factory" known as the number 1 comedy club in America, from 23 June to 18 July. Through those events, GEA reaffirms its constant endeavour to meet the expectations with various tastes and preferences, provide an exceptional experience for visitors of the Jeddah season, and to enhance the Kingdom's position within the entertainment sector.
