Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh will visit Britain next week in response to an invitation from British Prime Minister Tony Blair. In a statement today, Yemeni Foreign Minister Abu Bakr Al-Korbi said that the visit aims at strengthening bilateral relations. He pointed out that the Yemeni President will discuss with the British Prime Minister and other senior officials issues including the Arab-Israeli conflict, peace in the Middle East and the situation in the Palestinian and Iraqi territories. He added that the Yemeni President will also meet the British parliamentarians and businessmen.
