Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Okaz newspaper in its editorial commented on the Saudi moderation, saying that since the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it has taken upon itself the task of spreading Islam and coexistence among all sects and it has not ceased condemnation of all forms of extremism, violence and terrorism that have hit many countries. The paper cited the calls of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to stop the speech of racism and hatred regardless of its source, the need to listen to the voice of wisdom and reason, and activating the concepts of tolerance and moderation. Al-Youm newspaper commented in its editorial on the Iranian regime, saying that what is happening on the ground shows that the regime continues to use its political maneuvers to avoid the possibility of a military confrontation without taking action to stop all its aggressive practices against the countries of the region and the world as a whole.
