Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper said in its editorial on KSA welcoming Qatari Umrah performers that the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomed Umrah performers coming from Qatar, where they can book Umrah packages directly upon their arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, without the need for pre-issued electronic registration before their arrival, after the Qatari authorities blocked the Umrah-package electronic link allocated by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to receive Umrah applications online. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said that this comes as an implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.
