An unknown assailant shot and killed a Palestinian man in a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanon at dawn Sunday, Lebanese and Palestinian officials said. Adham Mahmoud Othman, a 30-year-old taxi driver, was shot in the head and neck as he got into his car in the Ein el-Hilweh refugee camp on the outskirts of the southern port city of Sidon, Palestinian security officials said.
