The Council of Economic and Development Affairs held a meeting at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Tuesday evening. During the meeting, the Council reviewed a number of economic and developmental topics, including a report submitted by the Office of Project Management at Council of Economic and Development Affairs for the first quarter of the current year, which included an analysis of the statistical indicators of its works, the status of decisions, and recommendations, the quality of outputs and the time frame of completion. The Council also reviewed the presentation by the Ministry of Economy and Planning on the analysis of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, which included a summary of the most prominent medium and long term indicators of economic sustainability, private sector investment rates and government expenditure levels. The council made the necessary recommendations towards them.
