Minister of Education Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh will launch here tomorrow a workshop on inclusion of the Chinese Language into the Saudi curricula. Academicians and experts in addition to officials at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China will present experiences in learning the Chinse language, its opportunities and challenges. The decision to insert the Chinese Language came in agreement during the official visit of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense to the People's Republic of China in February. The agreement was to set a plan for the inclusion of the Chinse language in the education curricula including universities. It aims at strengthening and enhancing friendship and cooperation ties between the two countries, and deepening strategic partnership at all levels.
