Yemeni Minister of Information Muammar al-Iryani said that the Iranian-backed al-Houthi militias had aborted all rounds of dialogue, sponsored by the United Nations from Geneva through Kuwait's consultations and up to the Stockholm agreement. He pointed out that the Houthi militias do not believe in peace and have no covenant or charter to honor. "The international community has failed to pressure the Houthi militias to take even a lone step forward to implement the terms of the Stockholm agreement, after three months" he added.
