Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, Speaker of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, met here today with Moroccan Prime Minister Dr. Saad Eddine El Othmani within Al Al-Sheikh's current visit to Morocco to take part in the 14th Session of the Parliamentary Union of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (PUIC) which is being held in Rabat. At the outset of the meeting, the Moroccan Prime Minister welcomed the Speaker of the Shura Council, affirming the depth of fraternal and historic relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples under the co-leadership of Moroccan King Mohammed VI and the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. For his part, the Speaker of the Shura Council lauded the distinct level of relations between the two countries, hailing the growth witnessed by Morocco in various fields as well as its stability. Al Al-Sheikh also lauded the Saudi-Moroccan parliamentary relations. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed a number of issues of common interest and discussed the latest developments at regional and international arenas. The meeting was attended by a number of officials.
