Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues on local, regional, and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the Asian tour being paid by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense which includes Pakistan, India and China, opens new horizons of bilateral relations, especially in economic and political fields. The newspaper noted that these relations are strengthening ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and these countries, and raising the level of bilateral strategic partnership with each country. The newspaper pointed out that the relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India is deep in history, and the trade exchange between the two countries reached SR 1.076 trillion during the past 10 years. Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that the visit of HRH Crown Prince to China will consolidate economic partnerships and open new horizons for cooperation. The newspaper noted that economic figures indicate a great boom in trade, as the volume of trade between the two countries increased 12% in 2017, compared to 2016.
