HRH Crown Prince Inaugurates Sharaan Natural Reserve in Al-Ula

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Al-Ula, inaugurated here today the Sharaan Natural Reserve in Al-Ula Governorate. This Reserve comes as a part of the major strategic projects implemented by the Royal Commission for Al-Ula.
On this occasion, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture and Governor of the Royal Commission for Al-Ula, said in a statement that the Reserve has set a new standard in the region to rebalance ecosystems.
"The rehabilitation and resettlement of endangered plants and animals in the reserve will have a significant impact on the region's biodiversity," said Mohamed Salim, the Head of the Nature Department of the Royal Commission for Al-Ula.
