Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Vice-President of Youth Welfare, said the required arrangements have been made for hosting the Games of the Islamic Solidarity by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement to Cairo-based 'Al-Watan Al-Riyadi', Magazine, Prince Nawaf pointed out that the Games Organizing Committee had received approval of 38 Muslim courtiers for participation in the games due to be organized in the first quarter of the next lunar year. The games will be organized in each of Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif, he noted. Prince Nawaf said the idea of the Games of the Islamic Solidarity, proposed by Late Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, aimed at closing the ranks of the Muslim youth. Meanwhile, Prince Nawaf underscored the importance of Saudization in the process of privatization of the local sports clubs.
