His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulation to Andry Rajoelina on winning the presidential elections in the Republic of Madagascar.
