Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the capital city of Riyadh is witnessing great events this week, from hosting GCC summit to the celebration of 4th anniversary assuming power by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The newspaper added that the King at the GCC summit held yesterday stressed its importance in light of the current circumstances. Al-Youm newspaper said in its editorial that the King and HRH Crown Prince are leading the progress in this blessed country to transform the Kingdom from the circle of developing countries to an advanced industrial country. It further said that citizens are proud of remarkable accomplishments being achieved since four years under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques whose reign sees unprecedented qualitative changes reflecting positively on all the outputs of the economic and social development through the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
