Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Miscellaneous industrial development'' said that the industrial sector in the Kingdom is witnessing a process of continuous development, pointing out that it is one of main sectors to make qualitative leaps in the Kingdom's vision 2030 to promote the economic growth and support the country's strategy to make industry a strategic choice to diversify the sources of income and increase its contribution to 20% of Gross Domestic Product by 1441 H. Al-Youm newspaper commented on the Kingdom's policy, saying that the foreign policy of the Kingdom has passed through its history in two stages: the first one has been characterized by self-restraint and tackling events in the diplomatic language through negotiating tables, and the second one is the ascension to the throne by the firm and resolute leader of the nation, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, whose era coincided with Iran's occupation of four Arab capitals, threatening the Arab national security, continuing destabilization of the region, and building sectarian alliances which have prompted the Kingdom to adopt a policy of confrontation.
