Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that despite the progress made by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen along with the national army in all areas of Yemen, the Arab coalition confirms holding peace talks in the coming weeks with Houthi coup militias, which refers to the peaceful intentions of the coalition and that the war is not the only option. The newspaper added that the Yemeni crisis is caught by an Iranian plan being executed through Houthis, aiming at seizing Yemen to be an Iranian province. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that most politicians agree on the importance of the stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it is a great player and contributor in the international development, peace and security. Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that Gaza strip being controlled by Hamas and funded by Qatar suffers from poverty and it is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, so the consequences of any war will be catastrophic, especially in the number of the dead and wounded. The newspaper added that pushing Gaza strip towards secession away from the Palestinian Authority poses a danger to the future of the Palestinian state.
