The 937 Service Center received 80,007 calls including 32,344 medical consultations, 6,834 complaints, 148 transfer requests from a hospital to another, and 18,233 inquiries, in addition to 18,803 appointment requests for health centers during the past week, the Ministry of Health (MOH) reported in a press release. The 937 Center provides a range of services, including inquiries about the Ministry's services, incoming and outgoing transactions, health services, medical consultations, hospital transfer requests based on medical needs, as well as complaints about public and private health facilities. The 937 Center also receives patients' health related calls and provides 24/7 medical consultations through doctors by referring them to the concerned departments at the MOH or its branches, in addition to emergency calls to serve as listening ears to patients to identify and meet their needs and requirements. The 937 Service Center is one of the most important initiatives in "MOH". It aims to provide medical services through its toll-free number accessible throughout the Kingdom. The Center operates based on listening, response, implementation and analysis. Closing citizens' reports and their satisfaction levels for the services provided, assesses the performance of Regional Health Affairs. This assessment is published weekly.
