The 4th Middle East Safety Summit concluded on Wednesday its sessions, organized by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in cooperation with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) during October 2-3, 2018 in Riyadh under the patronage of the Minister of Transport and Chairman of GCAA Board of Directors Dr. Nabil AlAmoudi. The second day of the 4th Middle East Safety Summit's sessions reviewed a number of issues such as global developments related to the civil aviation safety, the indicator strategies of regional safety, their goals, best air safety practices and exchange of experience in this field. The sessions discussed the commitment of all relevant parties, including civil aviation organizations, air carriers and manufacturers to recommended standards and to implement the ways to ensure the highest levels of safety, benefiting passengers in particular and the civil aviation industry in the Middle East in general.
