The 4th Middle East Safety Summit, being organized by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in cooperation with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) from October 2 to 3, 2018 in Riyadh, has witnessed signing of five agreements in the field of civil aviation. The minister of transport who is the chairman of the board of directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), Dr. Nabil bin Mohammed Al-Amoudi, signed two air service agreements with the governments of the Federal Republic of Somalia and the United Comoros Republic included a number of items in addition to host of agreements with Republics of Benin and Zambia included a number of items whose concerned decisions issued by the Cabinet's previous sessions. Dr. Nabil Al-Amoudi also signed a memorandum of understanding for air transport between the GACA and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Lebanon (DGCA) over increasing of the number of air flights between the two countries as well as various items .
