Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen has sent a cable of condolences to the Indonesian President Joko Widodo in which he offered his condolences over the earthquake and Tsunami that hit the town of Palu, resulting in deaths and casualties. The OIC Secretary General has sent another cable of condolences to Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi. He has affirmed the solidarity and stance of the OIC with the Republic of Indonesia in this tragedy and the natural disaster that has caused huge loss of life and property. Dr. Al-Othaimeen has expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a quick recovery.
