On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region washed the holy Kaaba today. Upon arrival at the Grand Holy Mosque, the Governor was received by President of the General Presidency for the Grand Holy Mosque and Prophet's Holy Mosque Affairs Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais. Then, the Governor washed the holy Kaaba from inside and rubbed its walls using pieces of cloth moistened with Zamzam water mixed with rose oil. Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh bin Taher Benten and a number of officials participated in the washing of the Holy Kaaba.
